Under the Head B2CWord Wide, you will receiving calls from our users to solve doubts and giving them the best answers.

Agents are the first point of contact between our users and our business. Agents are experts in different areas of department.

This position will give service to French market mainly.

Main activities:

- Guidance and resolve doubts or incidents

- Provide information relating to customer service and loyalty navigation.

- Moderation of opinions.

- Transmission reservations for restaurants.

Weekly shift : Monday to Sunday.

The team is located in Barcelona.
