Position summary

Within the “Strategic Marketing & Restaurant Offer” FR, BE & CH team, the Strategic Marketing Analyst will be responsible for all topics related to TheFork’s Restaurant Offer (Restaurant Content; Restaurant Sourcing & Qualification; Restaurant Offer monitoring).

In your pivotal role, you will work closely with other departments at TheFork, amongst which B2C Marketing team (central and local teams) and B2B (central & local teams). In particular, you will also act as the coordinator of all the “Restaurant Offer” marketing teams for BE & CH.

You will be reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager FR, BE & CH.

Responsibilities & assignments

1/ FR, BE & CH owner for all Restaurant Content topics (photos, cartes / menus, tags) :

Concrete projects / areas of responsibility:

§ Follow projects on Cartes & Menus (& price)

§ Manages Restaurant Photos

§ Update Tags & selections

§ All other pieces of Restaurant Content

2/ FR, BE & CH owner on B2C side for Restaurant Sourcing and Qualification topics

Concrete projects / areas of responsibility:

§ Restaurant sourcing processes (massive, manual) – in binoma w/ B2B

§ Update Restaurant segmentation ;

§ Check of the database quality ;

§ Update Guides info ;

3/ Business monitoring :

Concrete projects / areas of responsibility:

§ Follow up on Traffic & CVR Restaurant Report ;

§ Restaurant Database Analysis

§ Marketing activity monitoring (weekly & monthly)

4/ Participation to other Strategic marketing team projects

Concrete projects / areas of responsibility:

§ Coordinating the launch of events (Pop Days, Insider)
